How to make a purchase?
Making a purchase is very easy. Just Look through our catalogue of products, select the products you wish to purchase and press the 'Add to Cart' button. When you have finished shopping go to 'Checkout'. New customers are then invited to create an account and returning customers just have to login. Once this has been done we will contact you on the phone number you have provided to arrange payment over the phone for your order and to give a estimated collection date. Most major debit/credit cards are accepted.
Are the items shown on Aqua-Fish.co.uk in stock?
Unfortunately not all products are currently held in stock and may need to be ordered in for you, if this is the case we will notify you when we phone you before your payment is made.
Can I collect my item(s) from Aqua Fish Store?
Yes, your item(s) can be collected in store.
How much does delivery cost?
We offer FREE Local delivery on all orders over £60.00. For orders under £60.00 delivery will be charged at £6.00.
Where do you deliver too?
We currently deliver locally to our store in Sompting, West Sussex. Please ask for more information
When will my order be ready?
If your item(s) is in stock your order will be ready for collection within 24 hours. Any item(s) not held in stock can take up to 7-14 days. We will notify you when your order is being placed.
Any orders being delivered locally we will notify on day/time of delivery when confirming your order.
Can I track my order online?
Sorry currently this is unavailable, however please contact us on 01903 756636 or e-mail us at firstname.lastname@example.org for current order update.
Please ensure someone over the age of 16 is available to accept your order at the address provided as all orders will need to be signed for.
How do I return an item(s)?
If you have simply changed your mind and wish to return an item you must contact us by email or phone and return the item within 7 days from receiving your goods. All goods being returned must be Unopened, Unused, in New Condition. You will then be offered a Store Credit Note to the value of the item(s) returned. However refunds will only be given for faulty goods returned within 30 days from original purchase date.
Is there any items I can not return?
Items you can not return include: perishable and other item(s) that deteriate rapidly such as: item(s) ordered in specially, Aquatic Plants, Livefoods, Livestock, Frozen Foods and bespoke items.
What do I do if i have a Faulty item?
Stop using the item straight away and notify us by phone (01903 756636) or email email@example.com. Will will then advise you how next to proceed.
